Honeywell RABO Compact Gas Meter

Honeywell Elster rotary gas meters provide high measuring ranges in a compact design, delivering accurate results even with low or irregular gas flow. The RABO series combines proven features from earlier models, offering a modern, future-ready solution.

Using the positive displacement principle, the RABO measures gas volume accurately and is largely unaffected by installation conditions. This makes it ideal for compact metering systems where a straight inlet section is not available. The range is also approved for custody transfer applications.

The meter operates using two impellers rotating in sequence within a single housing, driven by the gas flow without touching. Each rotation represents a defined gas volume, which is transferred to the mechanical index via gears and a magnetic coupler for reliable, precise measurement.
